Online Design Portfolio

hello!

Currently, I am a graduate student at RISD pursuing an M.DES in Interior Architecture, more specifically in Exhibition and Narrative Environments! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Museum Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, and this is my digital portfolio!

My design philosophy is centered on the principle of ‘by the people, for the people’. Design subconsciously influences the way we perceive space and influences how we interact with one another. Conversations from individual experiences unite us, creating a connection within a shared environment. Fascinated by the term “third space”, it explains a transformative space outside of your home or workplace where socialization from different cultures or social identities, therefore offering new viewpoints. Working in an environment that celebrates diversity has impacted the way I perceive and design for space, brainstorming spatial configurations to honor the distinctive stories of others. This has led me to the question, how can space be an asset for the betterment of all of us?
